Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If you have ordered by mistake, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee of the total cost of the original order plus the cost of return shipping. We will request a UPS call tag to pick them up at the location they were delivered.
If the product is not usable we will pick them up and then replace them with good product. We will handle the shipping on this.
