DELIVERY

HERC Publishing uses UPS for most shipments; however, other carriers may be used depending on the size of the shipment. Shipping fees are charged on all orders, both prepaid and invoiced.
In most cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for standard delivery.

Rush delivery is also available. We can ship next-day air, 2nd-day air or 3-day select. Please call our customer service department with questions regarding shipping costs and delivery information.

PAYMENT TERMS

You will be billed if a P.O. number is provided. If your organization does not use purchase orders, please contact our customer service department and we will discuss order placement with you. Payment terms are NET 30 days. Visa, MasterCard and checks are accepted.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of the invoice date, and you will receive credit or a refund. You will be charged for shipping only. For returns, please call our customer service department in advance. We will provide a special return address and discuss credit with you. No returns will be accepted on imprinted or customized items.

Shipping fees are charged on all orders, both prepaid and invoiced. These fees are calculated by the dollar amount of your order. Shipping is calculated before discounts are subtracted.
